To get an upgrade to Nebulosity 4 from Nebulosity 2 or 3, you must have a valid full Nebulosity license and pay a $40 (v2 to v4) or $20 (v3 to v4) upgrade fee. Note, if you purchased Nebulosity 3 from the website on or after January 1, 2015 (several months before plans for v4 were initially announced), your are entitled to a reduced upgrade fee of $15 (the difference in cost between your v3 and a new v4 license). To receive your discount, purchase the upgrade at the normal price and indicate this in the Purchased From field. Once verified, I will refund the extra $5 to your account.Complete the form here and after you hit "Submit" you will be taken to a page with a PayPal button to let you buy the upgrade. Your new license code will arrive by e-mail, but please note this is a manual process (I need to deal with some software piracy issues) and it may end up taking a day or so for your upgraded key to arrive.
Note: Your current license can be found by pulling down "Check / Update license" from the Edit menu (File in some versions). If you submit without it, I will attempt to verify your license without this, but this can only work if you purchased it directly from Stark Labs.
